The classes that make a Computer Programmer.

Here is a list of the classes in the Information Technology Major. These include both Information and Computer Science and Information Technology Studies. Since this is a business major, you will also take Economics 131 and Accounting 201 (or their equivalents, as approved by the Business Education and Technology department). Also, you will need a 4-credit Math class (135 at least, also as approved by the BEaT department).

CO - Computer Support Overall: 10 credits

CO - Information Security & Assurance Overall: 21 credits

CA - Overall: 32 credits

AS - Overall: 62 credits

Reading Prerequisites: Completion of ENG 21, completion of ESL 21 or placement into ENG 102.

Math Prerequisites: Completion of MATH 82X or placement into MATH 103.
